All of them pushed me to try and sell my home by Auction and spend over $1000 on advertising, because it ‘was the only way to go’. All of them that is, except Daniel. He told me that I had a choice between Auction or sale by Private treaty, and that he recommended Private sale, especially given he felt he may already have good quality buyers for my property. Put simply, he believed there was no genuine advantage for me, to waste time and money on an Auction campaign.
