I do not agree with the article's author, David Collyer, nor do I subscribe to the ‘bubble theory’ and even if there was one, the current market would just be a very slow leak. We have pent up buyer demand, not enough new stock coming on the market and banks bending over backwards to lend money. The author’s advice is not to buy real estate right now. In business, a popular investment strategy is to be contrarian – to ‘swim against the tide’ to ‘zig when they zag’.
