Find Me A Tenant

Do you own an investment property you manage yourself? Looking for a tenant? Happy to continue managing the property yourself? Lewis Property will find you a tenant wherever your house is located in Melbourne!

Some landlords are happy to manage their investment properties themselves, however, most would prefer to avoid the process of finding new tenants. If your property is or becoming vacant Lewis Property will find me a tenant, then, hand over all documentation over to you.

For a set fee of $770.00 inclusive of g.s.t. Lewis Property will:

1. Provide you with a market rental opinion of your property
2. Take extensive photos of your property and advertise it on realestate.com and lewisrealty.com.au
3. Conduct open for inspections and show through potential tenants
4. Screen interested tenants to ensure they are suitable to lease your property
5. Seek approval from you before we give tenants the o.k.
6. Collect first months rental and bond
7. Draw up lease agreements and have them signed
8. Complete comprehensive condition report with photos
9. Complete bond lodgement documents
10. Hand over keys to tenants together with renters rights booklet

Once all relevant steps in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act are complete we will hand all documentation over to you to manage yourself together with contact phone numbers and details of your new tenants. That's it!

And, if we don't find you a suitable tenant. You don't pay!
